SPC016503: Define attribute 'ID' in FieldRef in correct casing

The attribute 'ID' in elements of type 'FieldRef' is case sensitive. It must use the same casing as the ID of the referenced field.

Change the casing of the field ID to the same value of the referenced field. The value is case sensitive.
