The metric counts the lines of text in all files with extension 'aspx'. To provide a higher performance the metric will not parse the aspx code. Therefore also comments and inline JavaScript and inline CSS is counted as aspx code.
To suppress this violation in XML SharePoint code add the following comment right before the XML tag which causes the rule violation. Learn more about SuppressMessage here.
