Do not define ContentType Name longer than 124 characters

Length of attribute 'Name' in content types is limited to 124 characters. The name itself cannot be longer than 128 characters and cannot contain the characters \ / : * ? " # % < > { } | ~ &, two consecutive periods (..), or special characters such as a tab.
