General Notes
The Feature framework is not available anymore for customizations using the Add-In Model. One can still activate and deactive out of the box features that come with SharePoint but it is not possible to create your own features
Transformation
Take all artifacts in the feature and transform them to add-in code one by one. One can consider group this transformation code in one application/script that provisions those artifacts together.
In the code we present here we analyzed your feature, discovered all artifacts it provisions and created a Office Dev PnP Provisioning Template out of it.
