Declare 'TemplateType' and 'FeatureId' for external ListInstance

If the ListInstance seems to be used for an external list, the correct TemplateType (600) should be used.

Add corrent values for attributes TemplateType and FeatureId to ListInstance.

The rule checks for appearance of property 'LobSystemInstance' and 'EntityNamespace' in the DataSource childs of the ListInstance. If they are found it is assumed that the ListInstance should instantiate an external list.
