General Notes
Propertybags can be set on various levels with the add-in model. However, currently, setting property bag values is not possible using REST.
Readiness
Analyze your solutions and gather information on propertybag values to be set. Typical locations where property bag values are set in farm solutions are either through a so called 'Element' (declaratively) or through Feature Event Receivers (code).
Code Examples
The generated code is based upon the declarative artifacts we have found in your solution(s) that set property bag values. Only property bag values that are set to a web can be transformed to a PnP Provisioning Engine template, while as previously mentioned, REST is currently not supported.
