Assemblies have no direct transformation target when using the remote provisioning model. Code contained in assemblies will have to be transformed on an artifact by artifact basis to a valid target.
As Assemblies can contain code which is not directly using SharePoint APIs, like business rules, the assembly will be listed, but marked as non-transformable.
We will list all classes which have methods which use the SharePoint Service Side API in the Develop and Deploy section. Where applicable we will list the equivalent CSOM, JSOM or REST methods of SSOM code.
