Are there any limitations to scans in Rencore Governance?
Yes, SharePoint Libraries where any of the following parameters are set to true in SharePoint APIs will also not be scanned because they only contain content that does not constitute collaborative use cases:

No, there are no maintenance or mandatory onboarding fees. Unlimited support and software updates are included with your subscription. We will offer optional paid onboarding for your governance team at a later stage through our partners.

You can use Rencore Governance with one or multiple tenants. Each connected Office 365 tenant requires its own subscription.

No, we tested Rencore Governance already with tenants of over 250,000 users. Rencore Governance scales its infrastructure automatically, but the amount of the data in the tenant may impact the frequency the analysis data is refreshed.

Yes, the dashboards are completely customizable. You can add/remove/reorder the tiles on a dashboard.

Yes, Rencore Governance (SaaS) is available for monthly subscription through the Azure Marketplace for the Essential, Professional, and Premium plans, supporting tenants with up to 1,000 users. Please note that monthly billing carries a 20% premium compared to annual billing.

- A manual review runs once when you trigger it. The schedule auto-disables after the cycle finishes. Enable it again to start a new cycle with fresh data. - A scheduled review runs automatically on a recurring cadence. It stays enabled between cycles and creates new cycles on each scheduled date.

A user in the connected Microsoft 365 tenant needs to be licensed for Rencore Governance if all of the following conditions are met:
Read more →What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a container to centrally manage all settings, connected apps, and users for all environments of the workspace. All data of a workspace is stored in the same data center and storage container and cannot be separated.

Each workspace can have one or multiple environments that share the same workspace settings such as connected apps, users, storage accounts, and Azure datacenter.

Reports allow the rendering of data as charts, whereas Polices only allow rendering as a Datagrid but can be used to trigger automations.

Rencore Governance retains the collected data during your usage of our product, as it is required to build the dashboards, checks, and reports. Upon canceling the subscription, or otherwise no longer being a customer of Rencore, or at the end of a trial, we delete and purge the data after 30 Days.

By default, data is stored in Azure Storage Accounts in one of the available datacenters that can be chosen upon Workspace creation.
Read more →Why are all teams showing a default of 60 Applications?
All teams show a default of 60 applications due to these being Microsoft Apps that are pre-installed and available to every team. Some of these are internal (or legacy) apps, so they may not all appear in the Teams UI. Currently, the API response for Teams apps does not indicate whether an app is internal or manually installed, so we show all installed apps. Below is the list of pre-installed apps you could use in your report/policy/segment builder creations.

Read more →Why are system notifications not showing up in my workspace?
When system notifications are not showing up in your workspace, please check if "Demo Mode" has been enabled, since turning it on will hide all forms of notifications.
Read more →Why does my Power Automate Permissions keep needing consent?
Microsoft now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for administrator users. You must make sure that MFA is configured for the impacted users (or adjust their MFA policies) and then provide consent again. Failure to enable MFA for the consenting administrator will result in permissions being revoked.
