Create A Suggested Teams Channels

To create a custom Provisioning Template for your governance, you need to:

1. Click on “Provisioning” on the Navbar.

2. Click “Manage Provisioning Template”.

3. Click “Ellipses menu” and choose “Edit managed entities”.
   
   

4. Click on “Pre-defined Teams Channel”.

5. Click “+Add”.
   

   

6. Enter the specific information for the Teams Channel.

   1. Display Name: Enter the name that will be displayed for the Teams Channel.

   2. Description: Enter the description for the Teams Channel.

   3. Channel Apps: Enter the apps that will be available to the Teams Channel.

      1. Click in the box and type the name of the App you want to add to the channel.
      2. Repeat this for each app you want the channel to have as a default.

7. Once all options have been configured, click “Save”.
