Data Retention
For the majority of entities, Rencore Governance retains only the details of the most current scan.
Historic data usually only includes the total number of entities, check violations etc. to allow Rencore Governance to calculate trends.
The historic scan meta data (total number of objects) is retained for 3 years.
Some specific entities, eg. audit logs, flow runs, sign in activity etc. generate a new object for each instance.
For such entities the entire historic data, including the property values are retained for 3 years.
