Accessing and Navigating Rencore Teams App

How to access the Rencore Teams App

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (desktop or web).
  2. Find the Rencore app in your Teams sidebar or search for it in the Teams app catalog.
  3. Click the app to open it. You’ll land on your personal Home page.
Note: Your organization’s IT administrator must enable the Rencore Teams App. If the app is not visible in Teams, contact your IT team for assistance.

The main navigation bar on the left side gives you access to all features:

  • Home - Your dashboard and starting point
  • Requests - Find templates and request new workspaces
  • Workspaces - Browse your Microsoft 365 workspaces
  • Reviews - Complete access reviews assigned to you
  • Approvals - Act on pending approval requests

The ”+ New Request” button in the top navigation provides quick access to the request templates page.

Tip: Some navigation items may not be visible if the corresponding feature hasn't been enabled for your organization.
