Disable External Services

Rencore Governance uses External Services to Enhance our tool. Below you will find guides on how to disable some of these services.

Hubspot

We use HubSpot to display information about what is new to the tool and provide a facility to chat directly with our Sales, Customer Success, and Support team from within the tool.

What’s New

To disable the feature you will need to:

1. Click on “Profile and Settings”.
2. Click on “Workspace Settings” for Workspace level configuration or “Environment Settings” for configuration on the Environment level.
3. Click on “Appearance”
4. Set the toggle to “Off” for “What’s new Button”.

Chat

To disable the feature you will need to:

1. Click on “Profile and Settings”.
2. Click on “Workspace Settings” for Workspace level configuration or “Environment Settings” for configuration on the Environment level.
3. Click on “Appearance”
4. Set the toggle to “Off” for “Chat Icon”.

Userback

We use Userback.io to provide a facility to give feedback on our tool. To disable the feature you will need to:

1. Click on “Profile and Settings”.
2. Click on “Workspace Settings” for Workspace level configuration or “Environment Settings” for configuration on the Environment level.
3. Click on “Appearance”
4. Set the toggle to “Off” for “Feedback button”.

Pendo

We use Pendo.io to track data about visited pages, features used, and site performance to help us improve the tool. To disable the feature you will need to:

1. Click on “Profile and Settings”.
2. Click on “Workspace Settings”.
3. Click on “General Settings”.
4. Set the toggle to “Off” for “Send diagnostics and usage data”.
