What Are The Default Teams

Rencore Governance comes with eight default teams which each permit access to different entities in Rencore Governance:

All Services

This team has access to the entities for all services. For a complete list of the entities/core components that the team can access please see the Teams Entity Table below and refer to ALL.

Microsoft Services

This team has access to the entities for the service Microsoft 365. For a complete list of the entities/core components that the team can access please see the Teams Entity Table below and refer to M365.

Power Automate

This team has access to the entities for the service Power Automate and includes Users and Groups from Microsoft 365. For a complete list of the entities/core components that the team can access please see the Teams Entity Table below and refer to PA.

Power Apps

This team has access to the entities for the service Power Apps and includes Users and Groups from Microsoft 365. For a complete list of the entities/core components that the team can access please see the Teams Entity Table below and refer to Apps.

SharePoint

This team has access to the entities for the service SharePoint and includes Users and Groups from Microsoft 365. For a complete list of the entities/core components that the team can access please see the Teams Entity Table below and refer to SPO.

OneDrive

Azure Active Directory
