Export A Provisioning Template

Rencore Governance enables the sharing of Provisioning Templates across various environments. Here’s a guide on how to export a Provisioning Template.

To export a Provisioning Template from Rencore Governance, you will need to:

1. Click on “Provisioning”.

2. Click on “Manage Provisioning Templates”.

3. Navigate to the Provisioning Template you want to export.

4. Highlight the desired Template and click on the “Ellipses menu” ([…]) to the right of the title.
   

5. Click “Export”. This will automatically download the .provisioning file (which is a .json file). This file can then be shared and imported back into Rencore Governance.

6. Alternatively, you can export multiple templates at a time.

   1. To export multiple templates, simply tick the box on the left of the corresponding template.
   2. Once you have made your selection, click on the “Export” located at the top of the Datagrid.
