Rencore Governance Add-Ons

An add-on is an optional functionality that is enabled on request from a customer in an environment, not a workspace.

These add-ons are activated only by Rencore Support in the admin portal and are done upon request from your Accounts Manager as they incur an additional charge to your subscription. Below is the current list of Add-Ons available and what each one provides.

SharePoint/OneDrive Files Add-On

This add-on facilitates the scanning of all SharePoint and OneDrive Files and Folders. This feature is currently only available to Enterprise subscription plans.

• The SharePoint Folder Add-on shows:

  • Name, Created By, Modified by, Child Folders, Parent folder, number of files…

• The SharePoint Files Add-on shows:

  • Filename, Extension, Size, Version, Created date, Created by, Modified by, Modified date, Parent folder…

• The OneDrive Folder Add-on shows:

  • Name, Created By, Modified by, Child Folders, Parent folder, number of files…

• The OneDrive Files Add-on shows:

  • Filename, Extension, Size, Version, Created date, Created by, Modified by, Modified date, Parent folder…

Tenant Segmentation:

In Rencore Governance, tenant segmentation refers to the virtual data grouping within a single Microsoft 365 tenant. This approach allows organizations to separate and manage information based on departments, business units, regions, or customer projects, enabling more targeted governance and streamlined oversight across distinct operational areas.

Self-hosting (Azure):

Self-hosting with Rencore Governance means deploying the required resources and infrastructure in your own Azure subscription and creating the necessary Azure AD applications in your Azure Active Directory.
