What is the difference between Status and Decision?

• Status tracks where a review is in its lifecycle (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Expired, Canceled).
• Decision tracks what happened to the workspace (Reviewed, Archived, Deleted, Rejected, Unreviewed, or a custom action name).

They are independent - for example, a “Completed” review can have a Decision of “Reviewed” or “Archived”.
