Rencore Governance continuously scans your Office 365 environment which means there is no fixed schedule for when all data is updated.

Rencore Governance automatically adjusts the scanning frequency based on:

• The amount of data.
• The specific service that is being analyzed.
• The complexity and effort to retrieve the data.
• The frequency of changes in the service for your tenant. This means that data that can be retrieved quickly through Microsoft APIs will get updated more regularly than data that needs to be crawled.
