In this release, we’ve introduced the new “My Objects” feature to Rencore Nova, which provides users with a consolidated view of their ownership and memberships, enabling the use of custom email templates in Access Reviews, and offering greater flexibility and personalization for communication workflows. We resolved an issue where certain automation actions failed to display a title or type when added to the automation builder. Furthermore, we’ve implemented significant performance and stability improvements across the platform, ensuring a seamless experience with fewer interruptions.

Features

• We added a new feature in Rencore Nova: My Objects. This page allows users to view all their ownerships and memberships organized by Microsoft 365 services.

  • The feature is currently available in preview, if you would like to get access, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support. The feature can be enabled or disabled and services to be displayed can be configured.

• We added a new feature in Rencore Governance that allows you to use your custom email templates for Access Reviews.

Bug Fixes

• We fixed an issue where specific automation actions did not show a title or type when added.
