In this release, we introduced email notifications for workspace owners and admins when service consent is lost and improved Viva Engage Communities provisioning by appending ‘(1)’ to duplicate community names. Additionally, we fixed an issue with Line breaks from approvals or previsioning requests, additionally, we’ve enhanced platform performance and stability, resolved known issues, and ensured a smoother, more reliable experience with minimal disruptions.

Features

• We added a new notification via e-mail received by owners and admins of a workspace in case the consent to a service was lost.

  • The aim is to help reduce interruptions induced by account changes in Microsoft 365 or Microsoft-invoked re-consents that may otherwise go unnoticed.

• We improved the handling of Viva Engage Communities in Provisioning by adding a “(1)” to the community name in case this specific name is already taken.

  • This will reduce the number of manual interactions by users and administrators.

Bug Fixes

• We fixed an issue in which line breaks from approvals or provisioning requests may not correctly apply in the body of an email.
