In this release, we introduced new ‘Related Objects’ for Viva Engage Communities, added a Notes element for Provisioning Requests, and enhanced Dashboard Importing. Additionally, we fixed the sidebar in Automation Builder, improved platform performance and stability, resolved known issues, and enhanced overall reliability to ensure a smoother, uninterrupted experience.

Features

  • We added new “Related Objects” for Viva Engage Communities: Owners, Members, Groups, and Site Collection. This will enable you to build reports and policies to govern Viva Engage more effectively.   

    • Please note: To achieve these related objects we needed to remove some other properties that are not supported via the Graph API, (i.e. “Last Activity Date”). We will update the report and policy templates soon to consider this.

  • We added new functionality to Provisioning. A new input field for “Notes to approver” allows users to add some reasoning to their requests, this change can be enabled or disabled when configuring the Provisioning template.

  • We added support for importing complex Dashboards in large workspaces by handling more tasks on the back end.

    • Please Note: Importing and calculating stats may take time to complete.

Bug Fixes

  • We improved our Automation builder’s usability by optimizing the sidebar for better readability.
