Features
- Threshold Notifications for Automation.
- A new "Thresholds in Automation" notification option has been introduced, allowing administrators to receive targeted alerts when automation thresholds are reached. This feature provides better control over which notifications are sent, ensuring that admins and owners are promptly informed about important automation events while avoiding unnecessary emails when notifications are disabled.
Bug Fixes
- Access Review for Site Collections is not loading more than 10 users.
- Resolved an issue where the Access Review page for site collections would not display more than 10 owner or member users in some cases. The "Load More" button now functions correctly, enabling users to view all relevant participants without interruption.
- Automation Details screen resets the table position after viewing details.
- Fixed a usability issue where opening the "Show Details" sidebar on an Automation details screen would reset the table to the top of the list. The page now maintains its position, allowing users to seamlessly review multiple automation entries without losing their place.
- Built-in Action error when removing document sharing
- Addressed an error that occurred during the execution of the built-in action to remove document sharing. This action now completes successfully, ensuring administrators can reliably enforce sharing policies across documents.
