Release notes

14.17.0

Released 11 September 2025

Released: 2025-09-11

This release delivers important enhancements to automation capabilities and user experience, focusing on making automation building more flexible and intuitive. We have also addressed several issues to ensure smoother interactions and more reliable automation management.

Features

  • Automation Builder Enhancements: Support for all properties and relations in Summarized By Objects. The automation builder now enables access to every property and relation of objects when using the summarized by values.

    • This enhancement allows users to create more advanced automations by referencing all available object relationships, even in cases where multiple relations exist between the same object types. By uniquely identifying relations, you can now build precise automations that reflect complex organizational structures, such as distinguishing between site owners, members, and visitors.
  • Template Details Sidebar (Rencore Nova): Added capabilities to provide a company guideline through a rich text field for your users. This will enable you to explain the use case of each template with a description while also referring to internal documentation, training, or other resources.

Bug Fixes

  • Library Pages Template Selection: Users can now select a template by clicking anywhere in the template description area on library pages. This fix ensures a smoother experience when browsing and choosing templates, eliminating confusion or missed selections.
  • Stopping Manually Triggered Automations: You can now reliably stop automations that were started manually while they are still in progress. This fix provides better control over automation runs, especially for workflows that need to be halted before completion.
  • Automation Action Visibility on Details Page: The Automation Details page now accurately displays action options based on the current status of automation runs. Users will only see ‘Stop Automation’ when runs are active and ‘Rerun Automation’ once they are completed, ensuring clarity and preventing unnecessary actions.
  • Important Notes
  • For automations involving delay actions, stopping may be subject to minimum delay settings as configured in your environment.
