Release notes

15.0.0

Released 30 September 2025

Released: 2025-09-30

This release focuses on enhancing the flexibility and transparency of site provisioning, improving the management of shared objects, and delivering important fixes to policy violation tracking and site URL validation. Our ongoing commitment is to make governance and automation more intuitive and reliable for all users.

Features

  • Provisioning Privacy Setting: A new privacy setting option is now available when creating classic Team Site templates and Automation builder Sites. This allows administrators to decide whether a site should be visible only to members (private) or to everyone in the organization (public). For Communication Sites and Team Sites without a group, the public/private option is disabled, ensuring clarity in site visibility settings. Tooltips have been added, including localized German support, to guide users through these choices.
  • Shared Objects Relationship Management: The relationship logic between shared objects has been improved to ensure that entities such as tabs are consistently named and managed. This update streamlines how shared resources are referenced and displayed, making it easier for users to understand and manage their shared content.

Bug Fixes

  • Policy Violation Count Updates: Resolved an issue where the policy violation count did not update after violations were resolved through automation. Now, as automations address violations, the policy count adjusts accordingly, providing accurate feedback on compliance status.
  • Custom Site URL Validation with Date Placeholders: Addressed a validation issue that prevented custom site URLs using the datenow placeholder from being accepted if they contained only numbers. The system now allows these URLs, and a warning message will appear whenever a site URL is replaced by an autogenerated one, ensuring users are informed of any changes during provisioning.
