Microsoft Planner Service (Preview)
We've added a new service for the Planner service, enabling you to discover and govern Microsoft Planner usage across your organization. This allows you to collect and monitor Planner-related data, to maintain oversight of task management and collaboration activities. If you are interested in participating in this preview, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Fixes
Built-In Action for SharePoint File Versions
Resolved an issue where the "Remove SharePoint File Versions" built-in action would fail with an error in some cases when processing files located in subsites. The action now correctly handles files across your entire SharePoint site collection, including those stored in subsites, ensuring consistent version management capabilities regardless of file location.
Provisioning Builder Company Guidelines
Fixed text input formatting issues in the Company Guidelines section of the Provisioning Builder. The text editor now properly handles content, line breaks, and formatted lists, making it easier to define clear and well-structured governance guidelines for your provisioning templates.
