Private Preview: Workspaces - Centralized Workspace Overview

Building on the reimagined Teams App experience, we’re expanding the Private Preview with Workspaces - giving end users a centralized view of all their Microsoft 365 workspaces directly within Microsoft Teams.

What’s included:

- Unified Workspace Discovery: See all Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites you own or are a member of in one place, with intuitive filters to quickly find workspaces by ownership, membership, or status.

- Detailed Workspace Insights: Drill into any workspace to view owners, members, and visitors. For SharePoint, gain visibility into site-level permissions and file sharing - helping workspace owners understand who has access to what.

- Admin Configuration: IT administrators control which Microsoft 365 services are visible to users and can manage them through Teams App Settings in Rencore Governance.

This private preview focuses on workspace visibility for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Management actions will be introduced in a future update.

Already enrolled in the Private Preview?

Workspaces is automatically available. Enable it in User Portal under Teams App Settings > Workspaces.
