In this release, we have added the facility to create a new Demo environment, introduced new property for checking licenses, improved Logging, and added a new check. We have also fixed a few issues with the tool.

New Features

  • Added the ability for users to create a new demo environment allowing multiple to be created.

  • Added new property “Units unused”. This new property can be used to check if more licenses are available than needed.

  • Added a new signal for logging Massive Changes.

  • Added a new signal for logging Sevice Degradation.

  • New Default Check:

    • Teams that use prohibited words in the name or description.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Teams tab to show up as a relation for teams in check builder.
  • Fixed some typos in the check OneDrive with files belonging to disabled users’ accounts.
  • Fixed an issue for missing relations for SharePoint SHared File to Site Collection and Site.
  • Fixed the name of relation for Teams App.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the builder to reload.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Rencore Governance Invitation emails to be sent which an incorrect sender address.
