Release notes

2021.06.D

Released 1 June 2021

In this release, we have added new entities to the Service Azure AD, added a new property for SharePoint and OneDrive Files, provided better clarity for audits by renaming some properties, improved support by permitting the copying of metadata for the environment, and improved the layout when access is denied. We have also fixed a few issues with the tool.

New Features

  • Added new properties for SharePoint and One Drive Files.
  • Roles* (e.g. Global Administrator, SharePoint Administrator…)* have been added as new entities for the Service Azure AD. This allows checks to be built which ensure that users with a specific admin role do not have access to security-related areas.
  • Enterprise applications have been added as new entities to Rencore Governance for Azure AD Service. So you can scan your tenant for enterprise applications that come from specific publishers.
  • Deleted Enterprise applications have been added as new entities to Rencore Governance for Azure AD Service. So you can scan your tenant for deleted enterprise applications that come from specific publishers.
  • App registrations applications have been added as new entities to Rencore Governance for Azure AD Service. So you can scan your tenant for Azure AD for apps your user has created.
  • Renamed some properties in directory audits to make it clearer which user or app a directory audit is related to.
  • Added the ability to copy the Environments details* (e.g. Title and description)* to the clipboard.
  • Updated the layout for Access denied page.

Bug Fixes

  • Improved the error handling for giving consent to scans.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the consent for the Azure AD app to show on the consent screen.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the dashboard sharing email to be empty
