In this release, we have added properties to User and Flow Entities, improved user interactions between services, and added a couple of new checks. We have also heavily focused on improving the stability and performance of the tool as well as fixed a few known issues.

New Feature

  • Added hovering tooltips for URLs in columns.
  • Introduced the facility to export all checks with title, description, service, and category, and whether it is draft to .CSV.
  • Add a new property to User Entity: Preferred DataLocation.
  • Add a new property to Flow Entity: Last Run.
  • Improved how Large numbers are rounded.
  • Add a new property to Group: Expiration Date.
  • Improved the process of adding dashboards.
  • Added a new link to Flow Run Entity:** Go to Flow**.
  • Added a new Readonly Check: Rencore Governance Licensed Users.
  • Improved layout of the Entity details and added a link to the checks processed on the entity.
  • Added a new User relation: Directory Role.
  • Added additional information (User ID, Role, and Team) to the copy clipboard function.
  • Added a new Check: Application with expired certificates.
  • Added a new Check: Applications with certificates that are about to expire.
  • New Checks for Azure AD: Expired and Expiring Certificates and client secrets.

Bug Fixes

  • Updated the description in the SharePoint Site Collection entity:

    • “Page view” to “Page views in the last 30 days”
    • “Page visits” to “Page visits in the last 30 days”

  • Changed the App ID in Power Apps to be just the ID, not the whole relative path.

  • Relabelled the properties for SharePoint File Sharing:

    • Renamed “Last Modified” to “Sharing Changed”
    • Renamed “Created Date” to “Sharing Date”
    • Renamed “Created by” to “Shared by”
    • Renamed “Last Modified by” to “Sharing changed by”.

  • Improved the visualization for dashboard violation colors.

  • Fixed an issue where Flow Triggers were incorrectly being shown multiples.

  • Fixed an issue where SharePoint Shared Files paths were not being displayed correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where the “Starts with” filter is always applied for the 1st time even if a user selects another one.
