This release introduces new automation capabilities for managing site collection lifecycles and resolves an issue with approval workflows on the home page of our teams app in preview.
Features
- Archive Site: Automate the archival of site collections with seamless inventory management. When a site is archived, it automatically moves to the locked site collections inventory, keeping your governance dashboard organized and up to date. This action leverages the M365 archive, which needs to be setup for the tenant.
- Unarchive Site: Restore archived site collections back to active status with a single automation action. Unarchived sites are automatically moved from the locked site collections inventory back to your active site collections, ready for continued use. This action leverages the M365 archive, which needs to be setup for the tenant.
Bug Fixes
- Teams App - Home Page Approvals: Fixed an issue where approving requests on the home page did not properly remove them from your approval queue. Approvals and rejections now correctly close requests and remove them from your task list.
