This release includes important improvements to automation scheduling and provisioning workflows, along with bug fixes to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Features
- Scheduled Policy Violation Automations: Automations configured with scheduled triggers now execute according to your specified schedule with improved threshold logic. The system applies the complete schedule configuration (including frequency settings) to the entire automation rather than individual items, ensuring consistent execution patterns. Automation runs that are still being processed, such as those with active Delay actions or pending Approvals, are not rerun, maintaining workflow integrity.
Bug Fixes
- Provision Team Actions not always available in Automations: Resolved an issue where, in some cases, handlebars and placeholders for "Team Provision Action" were not available in advanced edit mode for provisioning templates. These placeholders are now accessible in all actions below the Provision Team action.
- Provisioning Form Dataplace holder added as suffix showing double: Fixed a bug where form data placeholders used as suffixes were being duplicated when the same user was added multiple times in a template or when the template owner was also the requester. Suffix and prefix values now display correctly without duplication.
