We’re excited to announce Release 27.0.0, which brings enhancements to our Review capabilities in preview. This release focuses on automating review workflows and providing users with greater control over role management during reviews. These improvements enable teams to streamline their governance processes and make faster, more informed decisions.
Features
- Custom Automations on Start Review: The Start Review button now includes a custom automations dropdown in Teams, enabling users to select and execute custom automations configured by the admin skipping the review. This enables structured removal or archival without passing through the whole review. Roles Picker for SharePoint and Teams Reviews: Users can now change roles for SharePoint site owners and members as well as Teams owners and members directly within the review interface using an intuitive roles picker dropdown, with built-in protections to ensure at least one owner remains assigned to each object.
Bug Fixes
- Feedback Button Stability: Resolved an issue where the feedback button would not work for certain workspaces when the page was refreshed, ensuring consistent functionality across Chrome and Edge browsers.
