In this release, we introduced the ability to add notes to entities, added a few new properties, and new check. We have again improved the performance of Rencore Governance and improved the stability of the tool by fixing a few known issues.

New Features

• Role management: User’s can now directly change members of roles and teams when checking user details.
• Added the facility for users to copy values from the entities details page by clicking a button.
• The button layout on dashboards has been updated.
• Added the ability to add Notes to entities.
• Added new Property for User: onPremisesSamAccount Name.
• Added new Property for User: CreatedDateTime.
• New Check: External Users invited 3 months ago with pending acceptance.
• Added a new Entity for M365: Service plan assignments.
• Added new Property for OneDrive Shared Files: Shared Anonymously
• Added new Property for SharePoint Shared Files: Shared Anonymously
• Relations to users will now also be added if a user is only added using an M365 group.

Bug Fixes

• Improved the positioning of the loading spinner in Datagrids.
• Fixed an issue that caused workspaces from different regions not to show.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Automation run details page to crash.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Last Scan Date to show incorrect data for a few seconds.
• Fixed an issue that caused job dialog to show not scanned jobs.
• Fixed an issue that caused icons not to be shown in automation details.
• Fixed an issue on the Inventory Overview that caused the ellipsis menu to be hidden under the Datagrid.
• Fixed an issue that caused Export data radio buttons to automatically switch to Excel and Only Visible columns.
• Fixed an issue where Power Apps scans do not find all apps.
• Fixed an issue causing the Admin and Members for SharePoint Site Collection to be empty.
