In this release have improved the process for consenting permission for PowerPlatform and added audit information to Dashboards. We have improved the stability of the tool by fixing a few known issues. We have also had to change a couple of permissions required for Rencore Governance.
Permission Changes

The following permissions have been added to the Rencore Governance for M365 app to ensure that Power Platform delegated consent is correctly assigned with the correct licenses and roles (see this article for details):
- RoleManagement.Read.Directory
- Domain.Read.All

The following permissions have been added to the Rencore Governance for M365 Audit app to ensure that the Last sign-in date of users can correctly be scanned (see this) article from Microsoft regarding this change):
- Directory.Read.All
New Features
- Improved the process when consenting to Power Platform to ensure users have correct licenses and roles.
- Added “Created by” and “Modified by” information to Dashboards.
- Added group relation for app role assignments.
- Added a warning on the consent page when permission is missing for an app.
- Updated the Icon and Name of the Global consent app.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused automation’s not to trigger.
- Fixed an issue that caused placeholders in automation for SharePoint List and/or Libraries not to be correctly placed.
- Fixed a crash that could occur in the Advanced Tile Builder.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Inventory search box not to show any results.
- Fixed an issue that caused Teams “Last Message Posted” property to show incorrect value.
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused SharePoint/OneDrive files not to be scanned. Once the next Full scan is complete.
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the “Create Dashboard” button to sometimes not be clickable in empty dashboards.
