In this release, we have added some new features, including an Audit Log, multiple note-taking per object, and the ability to try features currently in beta state. We have greatly improved the stability of the tool by fixing some known issues.

New Features

  • Added Audit Log for all actions inside Rencore Governance (e.g. Create a check, Edit a check, delete a check…).
  • Updated scan logic for the incremental scan so that relation updates always get found for both incremental and full scan.
  • Context menus will now be shown on mouseover for the primary column of each Datagrid.
  • Added a new beta mode settings for workspaces. If beta mode is enabled end-users of a workspace can try out features that are currently in beta state.
  • Multiple notes can now be added per object.
  • A description for object properties will now be shown for every object (if a description is available).
  • New Entity for Service Teams: Deleted Teams.
  • Added new Property for User: Last Password Change Date.
  • Added new Property for Groups: Mail.
  • Added new Property for Groups: Mail Enabled.
  • Added new Property for SharePoint Sites: ExcludedFromOfflineClient.
  • Added new Property for SharePoint Libraries: ExcludedFromOfflineClient.
  • New Check: Users with Passwords not changed in last 6 months.
  • Change Azure Sign-Ins to be sorted by date order.
  • Added a new filter for filtering dates that are either blank or set to Never.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed incorrect value for property “Longest Run in minutes” for Flow Run.
  • Fixed an issue where the date format of exported data did not match the selected format by the user in their profile.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause data exports to fail.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when entering text in the date filter.
  • Fixed an issue that caused flows not to be updated in the incremental scan if the flow was disabled but not edited.
  • Fixed an issue that caused checks not to show all results if the underscore character was used.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Size properties (e.g. 20GB) not to be set correctly in checks.
