In this release, we have added additional properties for “User”. We fixed an issue with the automation action “Archive or Unarchive a Team” and fixed a few other known issues with the tool in the back-end stability.

Features

  • Added new property for object User: User Email Domain.

  • Added new property for object User: Member type.

  • A new automation action has been added:   Remove a user from a SharePoint Site Collection.

    • By taking this action, all of a user’s permissions within a SharePoint site collection will be removed, with the exception of permissions granted through Azure AD groups.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused automation action   Archive or unarchive a Team   to fail.
