In this release, we have introduced “Loop Components” for OneDrive File Objects, a new relation for Team and Site Collection, custom email templates for provisioning, and various other enhancements. We have also resolved several problems with the report builder, an issue with unique permissions for SharePoint Folders, fixed a bug that caused custom logos to disappear from emails and some other known issues with the tool.

Features

  • Segment “Loop Components” added to OneDrive File Object.

  • Added a new relation between the Team and the Site collection created by its private channel:   Teams Private Channel Site Collections.

    • This new relation will be available after the next Teams scan that updates private channels.

  • Custom email templates can now be used for Provisioning approval emails.

  • Inventories and properties are now listed in Job details impacted by the scan.

  • Added a new flow state in builders, allowing users to filter for “Suspended” flows.

  • Added a new option for branding settings to automatically apply a custom logo from the Workspace when setting environment branding options.

    • This setting will be applied automatically for environments if any other settings have been applied in the environment.

  • Added more validation information for Custom SMTP configuration.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused SharePoint Folder unique permissions not to be identified.
  • Fixed an issue that caused showing incorrect column names in data exports.
  • Fixed an issue in the report builder where columns with empty headers would display a sum of zero.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the action “Remove Document Sharing” to fail.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the custom logo in emails not to show.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the provisioning cancel option not to be shown on small screens.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused automation action   Archive or unarchive a Team   to fail.
  • Fixed an issue that caused some texts to be cut off for reports when the browser windows size was very small.
  • Fixed an issue in the builder that sometimes caused a condition not to be selectable.
