In this release, we improved the editing of dashboards, added the facility to download the Nova App Teams Manifest file, improved the reconsent of permissions, and fixed a few other known issues with the tool in the back-end stability.

Features

  • Access Reviews for SharePoint/OneDrive now also contain information regarding shared files.

  • Added ability to download Rencore NOVA Teams app manifest from within Rencore Governance.

  • Components where users/groups can be selected now also show the email and ID of the objects.

  • The user experience for editing the Dashboard has been improved.

    • Dashboard items and layout can be edited by clicking the “Edit Dashboard”    button on the page. There is a possibility to    Discard or Save Changes.

  • On the “Manage consent”    page we have added a new button to “**Restore consent” **  (if due to any issues consent state was reset).

    • This is only available for apps without delegated permissions.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where consent status sometimes was not updated immediately.
  • Improved performance for creating and updating virtual environments.
  • Fixed an issue where owners and members sometimes were not updated.
  • Fixed an issue where Power Platform consent failed when the admin role was not directly assigned to the user but given to a user by a group.
  • Improved logging for failed custom mail setting modifications.
