Release notes
7.1.0
Released: 2023-11-02
In this release, we have enhanced the Technical Documentation to clearly indicate whether data is deleted during incremental scans. We’ve introduced audits for the SharePoint Site Property Bag (/_api/web/allproperties) when Rencore Provisioning creates a Team or SharePoint site. We’ve resolved an error related to setting automation triggers to ‘On Schedule,’ enhanced the performance during custom report creation, and fixed an issue related to granting Power Platform consent. Moreover, we’ve addressed various other known issues.
Features
-
Section _Scanning Interval _ has been renamed to _Scan Settings _ and a new column “Data Removal during incremental” with value “True” has been added to the table in the Techincal Documentation for the entity.
-
For every new Team and SharePoint provisioned by Rencore Governance (starting with this release), an entry in the SharePoint Site Property Bag (_/api/web/allproperties) will be added with the name RencoreProvisioningData. This property will contain the following values formatted in JSON:
- RequestId: Id of the provisioning request.
- RequestCreatorId: The user ID of the user who created the provisioning request.
- RequestDate: Date when the provisioning request was created.
- ApproverIds: Ids of all users who approved the provisioning request.
- ApprovalDate: The date when the final approval was given to create the team.
