In this release, we’ve introduced the capability to enable/disable automation actions, implemented a warning on builder pages for changes that haven’t been saved, and made additional enhancements to the Audit log. We addressed an issue with the removal of old tiles, corrected the expiration date for SharePoint File sharing, and resolved a problem impacting exports for filtered OneDrive data grids. Additionally, we’ve addressed various other known issues.

  • Added an On/Off Switch for automation actions.

  • Added unsaved changes warning for builder pages:

    • Access Review, Automation, Dashboard Tile, Segment, Policy, Provisioning template, and Report.

  • Added audit log for enabling\disabling objects. Added for objects:

    • Policy (triggered by user), Automation (triggered by user and system), and Provisioning (triggered by user).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue under certain circumstances where an old tile was not possible to be deleted.
  • Fixed an issue where the creation of dashboards for virtual environments would fail.
  • Fixed status update for stopped automation runs. Also added additional toast messages.
  • Fixed an issue where the Expiration date for SharePoint File Sharing was incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue with Team provisioning that contained special characters.
  • Fixed an issue where Policy logic for Teams was not working for Preview.
  • Added validation for apps that can’t be added as tabs to the channel.
  • Fixed an issue where Filtered OneDrive FileSharing Datagrid Fails to Export.
  • Fixed an issue where adding a table to the email body block removed the body in the Automation action: Send Email.
