In this release, we introduced a new currency (AED), enhanced the export functionality of Automation by eliminating attached emails, and improved icons for various objects in Access Review. Numerous issues have been resolved, including problems with the custom SMTP service, updates not being applied to Client Secrets objects, and the report builder crashing. Furthermore, we addressed several other known issues to boost overall performance and stability.

Features

  • Improved icons for different objects in access review.
  • Access reviews for SharePoint now also show permissions assigned to SharePoint Groups.
  • When using custom SMTP mailing the used email address address will now be shown as the sender name instead of the SMTP user name.
  • A new currency has been added to be selected for currency columns: AED.
  • When exporting an automation email addresses defined in the Send Email action will be removed from the export file.
  • Improved description for last scan dates on the entity details page.

  • Fixed an issue that caused property “Used” to be calculated incorrectly for disabled OneDrives.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused audit log export to fail.

  • Fixed an issue that caused consent to show an incorrect app in self-hosted mode.
  • Fixed an issue that caused triggers not to refresh back to their initial state when changed in the automation builder.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Risky sign policies not to be updated correctly during a scan.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from accessing an export file.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the custom email template preview to show incorrect preview texts.
  • Fixed incorrect default time and date formatting in the admin portal for self-hosted mode.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused SharePoint File Sharings not to be scanned correctly.
