In this release, we’ve implemented several enhancements to provisioning, refined aspects of the Automation Builder, and increased the maximum number of virtual environments. We’ve also resolved several issues, such as incorrect scanning of enabled accounts, discrepancies between automation counts and violations, and calculation errors in data size reports. Additionally, we’ve tackled various other known issues to enhance overall performance and stability.

Features

  • Added option to Provisioning to set group mail nickname when creating a team.

  • New properties added for entity Subscriptions:

    • Units consumed in percent.
    • Units unused in percent.

  • In provisioning, we added the option to disable the M365 Group welcome message.

  • In provisioning, we added the option to hide the M365 Group in the Outlook client.

  • In provisioning, we added the option to set a custom URL for SharePoint Site Collections.

  • Automation action “Switch Context” can now also be used in provisioning advanced mode.

  • Increased the upper limit of the number of Virtual Environments.

  • In “Automation Builder”, we have improved the description for the action “Change Context” to make it clearer that all actions inside the action block are run per selected object.

  • Improved the Workspace Banner for Errors which are shown in the sidebar.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the “Account enabled” property of users not to be scanned correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where the Policy filter was not finding any results when a specific item was removed.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the automation count to differ from the violation count.
  • Fixed an issue that caused time zone settings for dashboard sharing not to be used.
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the Automation action  Disable User  failed for External Guest.
  • Increased the execution time for executing access review changes once approved.
  • Fixed an issue that caused data size fields to sum up incorrectly in the “Report builder”.
  • Fixed a consent reset issue where consent status could not be verified from the database because of throttling or operation timeouts.
  • Fixed an issue adding a group to Environment Permissions.
