Q: How is my data protected?

Your data in Rencore Governance is encrypted at rest in Azure and in transit with TLS 1.3. Only the Rencore Product Operations team can access the cloud environments, and the encryption keys are kept in Azure Key Vault, where no single person at Rencore can access them.

Security & Privacy

At Rencore we take data protection seriously. As such your data will be protected by the following:

Industry-standard built-in encryption at rest in Azure.
Encryption in transit with TLS 1.3.
Only the Product Operations team at Rencore can access our cloud environments. No other Rencore employees are granted access to any resources or data. The encryption keys are managed in Azure Key Vault, and no single person at Rencore can access them.

Rencore GmbH holds an ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27017:2015 certification, and Rencore Governance has a SOC 2 Type 2 report. They are available on request: request access on trust.rencore.com.
