Before you begin

Your Rencore role includes the Create Segment permission. Owner, Admin and Contributor have it. See Rencore roles.
The report you want to use exists. See Create a custom report.

Steps

Go to Reports.
Find the report you want to turn into a segment.
Hover over the report and click the ellipses menu ([…]) to the right of the title.
Click Create segment from report. The Segment Builder opens with Logic and Details prefilled.
On Logic, check that the logic is what you want and matches the report.
On Details, change the Title and Description if you need to.
Click Save.

Rencore Governance creates the segment and gathers its data.

Frequently asked questions

Which Rencore roles can create a segment from a report?

Owner, Admin and Contributor can do this. Your Rencore role must include the Create Segment permission, and the report you want to use must already exist.

How do I turn an existing report into a segment?
