Introduction

Rencore Governance helps you take control of AI and the data it depends on. It inventories your digital workplace, apps, automations and AI agents. You see what each one can reach, then set the rules it follows.

Rencore Governance is organized in three modules:

Digital Workplace	Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Viva Engage, Planner and Entra ID
Apps, Automation & BI	Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
AI & Agents	Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents and Azure

Digital Workplace is included in every Plan. The other two are add-on modules.
