Add-on module

Also known as: Apps, Automation and BI, AI & Agents, add-on

An add-on module extends Rencore Governance with a group of connectors. Apps, Automation & BI and AI & Agents are the two add-on modules, optional on the Premium and Enterprise Plans.

Rencore Governance has three modules. Digital Workplace is included in every Plan. Add-ons, such as Files & Folders and Custom Metadata, extend a Plan with capabilities instead of connectors.

Digital Workplace covers Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Viva Engage, Planner and Entra ID. Apps, Automation & BI covers Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. AI & Agents covers Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, Azure, Microsoft Foundry (Preview), Claude Enterprise (Preview) and ChatGPT Enterprise (Preview).

For example, to govern Copilot Studio agents, your Plan needs the AI & Agents module on the Environment you scan.

Optional modules and add-ons are activated per Environment by Rencore Support, on request from your Account Manager. The Add-ons page shows what each Plan includes.
