Datagrid

Also known as: data grid

A datagrid is the table view Rencore Governance uses for lists of items, such as the objects of an inventory or the violations of a policy.

Datagrids also list the entries of the audit log. Every datagrid has a search box that filters the rows by display name, and an Export button that saves the list to Excel or PDF, with only the visible columns or with all columns.

Datagrid search filters only the grid you are on. To find a report, policy or automation by name anywhere in the Environment, use Search in the left navigation.

For example, open Inventory, M365, Licenses and search for a display name to see one license, or export the violations of Teams with very few owners to Excel.

Exports are prepared in the background. You get an email with a download link, and every export is listed under Data Management, Exports in your user profile.
