Export the column template

  1. Go to Inventory.

  2. Open the inventory that holds the column (e.g. Subscriptions under Microsoft 365).

  3. Click the Action Menu in the upper right panel.

  4. Click Configure <name of the column> (e.g. Configure Monthly costs).

Edit the file

  1. Open the exported (.csv) file.

  3. Use ”.” as the decimal separator, not ”,”.

  4. Do not put the values in quotation marks (”).

  5. Save the file over the exported one.
