Steps

Go to Inventory.
Hover over the Service and click Go to Inventory, or click Inventory Options ([…]) and select Go to Inventory.
Find the Segment you want to remove.
Click the Action Menu ([…]) next to the Segment.
Select Delete segment.
A dialog asks “Are you sure you want to delete segment ‘<name of segment>’?”. Click OK to remove the segment.
