Files & folders
Files & Folders adds metadata for all SharePoint, OneDrive and Loop files and folders to your inventory, including permissions, file size and file types. It is also required to analyze storage at file level.
- Folders show the name, created by, modified by, parent folder, child folders and number of files.
- Files show the file name, extension, size, version, created date, created by, modified date, modified by and parent folder.
Custom metadata
Custom Metadata lets you define your own business fields, such as cost centers or project codes, on any object in your inventory. For details, see Custom Metadata.
Dedicated isolated infrastructure
Dedicated Isolated Infrastructure runs the entire Rencore Governance platform in a fully isolated Azure environment hosted by Rencore. It is intended for customers and MSPs in highly regulated industries, such as the public sector and financial services.

How do I add an optional add-on or add-on module to my Plan?
Contact your Account Manager to discuss which Environment the add-on should be activated in. Rencore Support then activates it on request from your Account Manager. Optional add-ons are activated on the Environment of your Workspace.
Which Rencore Governance module is included in every Plan?
Digital Workplace is included in every Plan. It covers Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Viva Engage, Planner and Entra ID. Apps, Automation & BI and AI & Agents are optional on the Premium and Enterprise Plans.
Can I use Power Platform or Copilot on the professional Plan?
Can I use Power Platform or Copilot on the professional Plan?No. The Apps, Automation & BI module (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) and the AI & Agents module (including Copilot) are not available on the Professional Plan. Both are optional on the Premium and Enterprise Plans.
What does the Files & Folders add-on add to my inventory?
Files & Folders adds metadata for all SharePoint, OneDrive and Loop files and folders to your inventory, including permissions, file size and file types. It is also required to analyze storage at file level.
