Also known as: Professional Plan, Premium Plan, Enterprise Plan, Rencore Governance Plan

A Plan is the edition of Rencore Governance in your Subscription: Professional, Premium or Enterprise. It decides which modules, add-ons and features you can use.

Digital Workplace is included in every Plan. The Premium and Enterprise Plans add Provisioning, Reviews, the Rencore Teams App and role-based access control, and the Enterprise Plan adds features such as tenant segmentation and custom roles.

Which connectors you can turn on depends on your Plan. Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI need the Apps, Automation & BI module, which is optional on the Premium and Enterprise Plans.

For example, Files & Folders and Custom Metadata are optional add-ons on the Premium Plan and included in the Enterprise Plan. Neither is available on the Professional Plan.

To add an add-on module or add-on to your Plan, contact your Account Manager. Rencore Support then activates it on the Environment you choose.

If you buy Rencore Governance in the Azure Marketplace, you also pick a plan there and change it in Azure. A Copilot Studio pay-as-you-go plan is a Microsoft billing plan, and a Planner plan holds tasks in Microsoft Planner.
